The Salon du Chocolat is going into its 28th edition in Paris. The event will take place from 28th of October to first of November in Paris. The organizers expect over 500 participants from all over the world. The event cumulates a mixture of competitions, networking events and a chocolate sculpture presentation. Event international also expects over 100.000 visitors during the 5 day event.
Japan´s master chocolatiers are back
After 2 years of absence Japan´s master chocolatier will be back to showcase and sample the full extent of their creativity. Competing with other nations such as New Zealand, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Cameroun, Brazil, Peru and Cóte d´Ivore, the chefs will show their mastery of chocolate.
