German ingredients specialist Beneo appointed Niels E. Hower into their Board of directors. Hower will be responsible for the plant-based proteins division. 
Hower holds an MBA in economics and brings over 25 years of experience in retail and life science sectors into Beneo. Hower comes from Fresenius Kabi. Besides that he was involved in the foundation of Doctor Chococo brand. The brand is famous for their functional chocolate bar with vitamin D.
