Bühler acquires Haas

Swiss group Bühler has announced to acquires Austrian wafer line specialist The Haas Group. Haas produces production lines in the biscuits and wafers business. The group has six manufacturing sites worldwide, a workforce of 1,750 people and a revenue of about 300 m Euros. The acquisition has to be approved by the antitrust authorities.
