Callebaut finishes acquisition of Cóte D´Or plant

Swiss/Belgian chocolate company Barry Callebaut has finished the acquisition of the Mondelez Cóte D´Or plant in Halle, Belgium. Callebaut wants to capitalize of the “Made in Belgium”-Trend. Within the acquisition Callebaut made a contract with Mondelez to deliver over 30,000 tons of liquid chocolate per year on a long term basis.
