Ferreo acquires Fannie May

Italian confectionery giant Ferrero acquires US-premium-chocolatier Fannie May. The US-company runs 80 stores and their brands Fannie May and Harry London can also be bought in classic retail. Fannie May runs a production in Ohio and employs 750 people. The acquisition is expected to be closed by the end of May.
