Fantasy Candies sets new probiotic chocolate brand

US-Candy manufacturer Fantasy Candies, Ohio, announced to start a new probiotic chocolate brand. The owner Joel Fink wants to bring probiotic chocolate to a new level in the States. Fink spent years to develop a recipe that balances flavour and health benefits. Blue Planet Chocolate will be launched at this years Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco at the end of January. Fink uses 72 % dark chocolate delivered by Cargill and different fruit bites from Baobab Foods.
