US-American confectionery company Ferrara, a part of the Italian Ferrero company acquired Brazilian confectioner Dori Alimentos. The acquisition is made through CTH, a holding company of Ferrara. Dori Alimentos is a family-business and part of ACON Investments. The transaction supposed to be closed in the fourth quarter of 2023.
