Florigo presents new deep fryer for potato chips

The dutch tna company Florigo presents and nw continuously working deep fryer sytem for potato chips called conti-pro^PC3. The system includes Florigo´s new opti-flow-Techology which optimizes the oil flow. Florigo intents to reduce the creation of acrylamides during the frying process.
