Nestlé to invest 40m Euros in Hamburg

The Swiss confectioner Nestlé invests 40m Euros in the facility in Hamburg/Germany. Nestlé wants to modernize their product lines in Hamburg without any job-cuts. Nestlé produces the new Kitkat “ruby” in Hamburg. The bar is exclusively sold via REWE in Germany but also exported to other European countries. Kitkat ruby was a great success in Japan and Korea at the beginning of 2018. The colour of the new product is made by a new production process and a special cocoa bean.
