MF-hamburg GmbH will become a new member of the ROTZINGER Group AG, with HANSELLA GmbH from January 1st, 2021. Both companies have a long history of amicable and close cooperation, which has been cemented by the ROTZINGER Group now holding a 51% stake.
MF-hamburg, based in Tangstedt, Germany, is an internationally active company with around 30 employees. The company manufactures systems and specialized equipment for the food, confectionery and bakery industries. For almost 25 years the company has been known for its high level of problem-solving expertise in the industry. Its innovative products have become an industry standard.
For MF-hamburg, the affiliation with ROTZINGER further strengthens its market position and provides excellent security and stability for the long-term future. Owner and Manager, Moses Farahani, is pleased with this outcome given the close cooperation between the two companies for many years. “We have already carried out numerous projects together and have an excellent relationship as business partners,” Farahani recently stated at a meeting. He will remain with the company and will continue to develop positive solutions for customers and innovative design.
The ROTZINGER Group is headquartered in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland, which includes Demaurex SA, ROTZINGER AG and TRANSVER AG. From January 1st, 2021, HANSELLA GmbH, formerly Syntegon Technology Viersen, will also be part of the group. Rotzinger is a known worldwide as a specialist in conveying and distribution systems. HANSELLA GmbH will add process plants to the portfolio. From 2021 the company will employ around 300 people. Its customers are in the bar, chocolate, cookie, sugar confectionery and general food industries and include both large corporations and small businesses in over 50 countries.
On November 27, 2020, the parties signed the relevant agreement. It is expected that the transaction will be completed before the end of 2020.
