The Serious Sweets Company (SSC), Harrogate/UK confectionery manufacturer has acquired Nom Bites Ltd. With their Lexi´s range . Founded in 2020 by Alexei Khatiwada, Lexi’s is an award winning supplier of mallow crispy rice treats and protein bars. SSC produces own-label treats for UK retailers. In 2022, SSC acquired Mighty Fine, the honeycomb brand, and Mr Stanley’s, the English gifting confectionery brand. In 2023 they also acquired Mallow & Marsh, and the wholesale manufacturing arm of John Bull, now renamed the Real Candy Co.
