International journal for the sweets and confectionery industry

For over 30 years, the publishing house ERLING has edited a variety of national and international media for the food chain. These include not only a large number of books, magazines and digital media but also a whole range of industry related materials for schools and further education.

In January 2016 we added Sweet Vision magazine to our range of publications, as it fits perfectly in our comprehensive program. Formally known as süsswaren technik+wirtschaft, it was first published in Germany in 1955. In 2014 the decision was made to turn the magazine into an international trade journal for the sweets and confectionery industry. With the increased distribution, and a larger readership, it connects many more members of this exciting branch who now benefit from the global knowledge transfer provided by sweet vision.
