German confectioner Haribo restructures its plants in France in order to strengthen its workforce in the US. The company will reduce the number of workers in France by 100 to 650 by 2018. Haribo France and US chairman Jean-Philippe André mentioned if the agreement will not be implemented, one of the two plants in France have to be closed by 2020.
